One man’s treasure is another man’s trash comes from that exact saying. I saw this abandoned wreck sitting in an old man’s yard. He dreamed of restoring her to her glory days but never could afford the time or money to invest. So she sat quietly rusting in peace. A haven for Gods creatures to inhabit and take over.
