This is a painting constructed from several photos I took driving into the Tucson foothills area of the Catalina Mountains. The late day sun paints them orange and lavender as the traffic moves from the busy central area of the city. It strikes me that we scurry around like ants, with our attention on the life's work, while the majesty of nature surrounds us.
