The Driftless Area outside Galena, IL is one of the few areas here in the Midwest that wasn't flattened by the glaciers millions of years ago. The rolling hills and colorful fall inspire me through all the seasons. This is an oil painting with close detail to living on the family farm outside Galena in this special area.
