"Idol" was done during the 2020 Pandemic when I started to watercolor again. This portrait of RM, the leader of the now famous BTS, was inspired by a video of a live performance. They gave their all, and RM was sweating profusely when the camera zoomed in on him. I hoped to capture RM's talent, passion, and dedication as a rapper even as I struggled with an unfamiliar medium.
