Several times I went to professional photo shoots at a working horse ranch in Mariposa County, CA. I took hundreds of photos and ultimately returned to my studio and painted numerous paintings. This was one of my favorites! It depicts cowboys and a cowgirl watering their horses during a cattle drive.
