Painted en plein air in oil on archival panel. I was so happy to be out painting after the atmospheric rivers we have had that my exuberant brushstrokes show my joy. The landscape was so verdant and fresh that I just had to capture it. I am always seeking to catch the emotion of the moment in my image.
