This is an acrylic painting of one of my favorite beaches in Albion California at sunset. I love how the setting sun creates mesmerizing colorful reflections in the water and shines through splashing waves, lighting them up like dramatic sparkling gold. As shadows grow long it sets a romantic mood, perfect for sitting in the sand until the sun dips into the sea.
