Landcape of Abundance 01

I start with an acrylic map of the space, concept, and color scheme. I then draw all the individual pieces to make up the image that I have in my head. This painting came really fast as soon as I had the sun and the water I knew what I was going to make. Each piece is drawn on either parchment paper, tracing paper to regular white paper with black pen and then colored in with colored pencils and markers. I glue the pieces down creating life on the page and then I know it is finished.
